We want you to feel your absolute best in your Oh Polly pieces, so if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, have the original tags attached, and the hygiene seal remains intact where applicable.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address or zip code to initiate the process.
Select Your Items
Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the dropdown menu to help us improve your experience.
Print and Attach
Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your original packaging.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
